A queen and her loyal subjects cannot survive on a diet of kale and Lemonade alone, and Beyoncé more than proved that by racking up a hefty bill at a Toronto landmark on Wednesday (May 25).
Queen Bey was in town for a "Formation World Tour" stop, and she treated her crew to a whopping $3,500 meal at local deli Caplansky's. According to an employee [via The Fader], the order was "99 percent" smoked meat sandwiches. That works out to roughly 180 mountains of meat between rye — a far cry from the fare offered by Beyoncé's vegan food delivery service.
The order may seem a bit extravagant, but after the show that Bey and her crew put together at the Rogers Centre last night, it was a meaty meal well-earned.
