Best Coast's "The Only Place," the jangly opener from their sophomore album of the same name, is a love letter to California, and the group have unsurprisingly delivered a West Coast-centric video clip to support the single.
The video shoot has members Bethany Cosentino and Bobb Bruno celebrating the Golden State while driving a convertible down a sun-smooched highway scene, having an impromptu jam session on a surf-soaked beach, and flying the state's flag high. Bruno also hints at his crossover jockishness by donning a jersey of the newly crowned Stanley Cup champs, the L.A. Kings, while shooting hoops. Spoiler: dude only tosses rocks.
