Though the rain was steadily coming down upon the Plains of Abraham by the time Belly took the main stage, he wasn't going to let the elements get the better of him. Running out in a white Muhammad Ali-branded boxing robe, he made the most of his half-hour on stage, stepping to the edge to join the crowd in the downpour to kick things off with his Weeknd-assisted "Might Not."

Leading the drenched yet content audience through a slew of energetic cuts from his new LP, Another Day in Paradise, he let the booming backing tracks do the majority of the work in delivering his lyrics, though occasionally flashed his quick delivery during "Zanzibar" and "White Girls." His energy rarely waning, he preached love and positivity in speaking to the crowd briefly about the recent events of violence in the Unites States and how he turned down an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel because "that fuckboy Donald Trump" was set to be there. From there, he led the crowd in a "Fuck Trump" chant ahead of a furious few verses over Kanye West's "Black Skinhead."
