Beck

"Sound and Vision" (David Bowie cover) (360-degree version)

Beck recently rolled out a grandiose live cover of David Bowie's "Sound and Vision," and now the ever-inventive L.A. songwriter has unveiled an interactive 360-degree video for the performance (which is part of Lincoln's Hello, Again campaign).

Created with director Chris Milk, this nine-minute rendition of the classic tune was recorded using 360-cameras and microphones, allowing for nuanced sonics that will require headphones to experience fully. Incredibly, the interactive video even requests (but doesn't require) to access your webcam so that you can use facial tracking to move the camera hands-free.

It's pretty wild stuff, so experience it in either high or standard definition right here. Watch the standard video below.
