Rock Creek is a small town in the interior of British Columbia, but it's bound to attract some extra visitors this summer with the second instalment of the Ponderosa Arts & Music Festival, which runs from August 22 to 24.
The lineup mixes BC acts with out-of province talent. Performers include Plants & Animals, Braids, Ladyhawk, Jay Malinowski & the Deadcost, Wampire, Blouse, Good for Grapes, Gay Nineties, No Sinner, the Funk Hunters, Reef Shark and more.
In addition to more than 20 bands across two stages, a press release promises beautiful riverside camping plus "local artists, food market and unlimited good vibes."
Early bird passes cost $99 for the three days, but these are only available in limited numbers. Standard passes cost $125 and day passes are $70 a pop. All come with free parking and camping.
