The Awkward Stage Head Out On Eastern Central Canadian Tour

Vancouver-based power pop quartet the Awkward Stage just spent the summer releasing their respectable sophomore album, Slimming Mirrors, Flattering Lights, on Mint. They are likely itching to spread their awkward vibes to the nation, which is why they’ve just announced they’ll be heading east for a tour of central Canada in October.

Beginning on October 2 at Calgary’s Broken City, the band will press on through Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Thunder Bay for some shows. Once they arrive in Waterloo on October 8, they’ll be joined by label-mates Hot Panda for the remainder of the Ontario-centric tour.
