Hailing from Kiel, Germany, Fritz Wagner and Marc Wolf make up the electronic duo Avidus, and Exclaim! has got the exclusive first look at their latest video for "Heptachord."
The track comes from the band's Accolade EP, which reps the pair's hometown pretty hard. Released through Empore Music, which is affiliated with the local Luna Club, where the EP's remixer Till von Stein made a name for himself and now provides a home for Avidus, the record was certainly a "family affair." Even the artwork was done by a local artist.
The new video brings together dreamy landscapes, found footage of old-timey castles, a mysterious cloaked figure and the keys that keep the beat of the song marching along to the visuals.
