There's no stopping Arcade Fire. In the last week alone, they revealed a first non-festival date in Toronto, leaked their new single, and announced the release of their ridiculously anticipated third album, The Suburbs. Now, they have pulled a Flaming Lips and announced a slew of shows with Merge label-mates Spoon.
Arcade Fire will be joined by Spoon for four of their upcoming headlining dates in the U.S. The dates come in addition to the already-formidable tour schedule the Montreal collective had planned, with festival stops across Europe and in Quebec and Ontario.
The Suburbs is scheduled for release on August 3, but you can hear the first two leaked tracks, "The Suburbs" and "Month of May," here.
