A few months ago, an A$AP Rocky show descended into chaos after a fan tried to steal the rapper's $15,000 watch. The shoe appears to be on the other foot now, however, as Rocky has been arrested and will likely be charged with attempted robbery.
According to TMZ, A$AP got into a verbal dispute with someone yesterday (July 19) in New York City. When two witnesses began snapping photos of the incident, Rocky allegedly got violent, and the two amateur photographers apparently suffered cuts and bruises with one requiring hospital treatment.
The police took Rocky in, and they're expected to book him for attempted robbery. It's not entirely clear what he was trying to steal.
Rocky and his A$AP Mob are scheduled to play Late Night with Jimmy Fallon tonight (July 20), and we've got no idea how or if his run-in with the law will change those plans.
UPDATE: As TMZ reports, A$AP Rocky pled not guilty to second degree robbery on Friday (July 20) and is due to appear back in court on Wednesday (July 25).
