In the wake of releasing My Woman last year, Angel Olsen treated album tracks "Sister" and "Shut Up Kiss Me" to music videos, and now "Pops" has been given some accompanying visuals of its own.
The new clip was filmed in Asheville, NC, and it was co-directed by Jethro Waters and Olsen herself. The camera follows the singer-songwriter on a walk through a park, on a frighteningly foggy fall drive and through a dimly lit, sparsely decorated old house. It's at least equipped with a piano, which we briefly get to see Olsen sit down at and plod along to the sombre, melancholic tune of the song.
