In the wake of an embarrassingly ugly legal clash between Aerosmith and their ousted member Joey Kramer, everyone has kissed and made up, as the drummer rejoined the group for their performance last night (February 10).

As part of Aerosmith's ongoing Las Vegas residency, they had Kramer back behind the kit last night — and apparently he didn't even have to audition to rejoin the band this time.

At the band's show at the Park Theater at Park MGM in Vegas, Kramer was back alongside Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton and Brad Whitford. After a career-highlighting short film played on the screen onstage, Tyler proclaimed, "On the drums, Mr. Joey Kramer," as the curtain rose — a move that was met by more than a few cheers from the audience.

Being 2020 and all, fan footage from the show has surfaced onlilne, and you can watch some clips below.

As previously reported, 69-year-old Kramer filed a lawsuit claiming the rest of Aerosmith were intentionally excluding him from their recent Grammy performance and 2020 MusiCares Person of the Year honour. His suit further claimed the stress of the situation had caused him to seek medical care.

The legal action came in the wake of Kramer being forced to take a break from Aerosmith as a direct result of injuries he sustained. These prevented him from performing for six months in 2019, but when he was ready to rejoin the group, he claimed the band made him audition and eventually turned him down, saying he wasn't up to the task.

Kramer eventually lost his case, and the band performed without him at the Grammys.

Aerosmith have more residency shows scheduled in Vegas, but it's unclear if Kramer will be there and if he's back with the band permanently.
