A Redditor recently found Glover (or someone who looks strikingly similar) in the crowd of a 2004 Beasties performance at Madison Square Garden, rapping along to "Three MCs and One DJ." You can see him appear around the five-second mark of the clip below.
Glover's screen time comes from the trio's 2006 concert doc Awesome; I Fuckin' Shot That, which saw them charge 50 audience members with the duty of shooting whatever they liked on camcorders during the performance.
Ben Stiller and ex-wife Christine Taylor also appear in the film, but as another Reddit user pointed out, capturing a pre-fame Glover going bar for bar with the Beastie Boys was truly a "one-in-a-million occurrence."
