Back in December, Dave Grohl confirmed that the Foo Fighters' upcoming feature film Studio 666 would in fact be a "movie movie." And because most movie movies are preceded by trailer trailers, you can now watch the first full teaser for the film, which is arriving February 25.
The two-and-a-half-minute trailer features appearances from Whitney Cummings, Will Forte, Jeff Garlin and a cameo from Lionel Richie.
"This is not just a creepy rock and roll house," warns Cummings in the trailer. "It allows spiritual entities to cross into our world."
Those spiritual entities go on to cause a bunch of trouble, including possessing Grohl, prompting him to attack his bandmates and make some dad-friendly grill jokes.
The trailer also features a scene that has Grohl attempting to show the band a new song of his. "I've got a couple ideas I've been working on. I'll lay 'em on ya," Grohl says before playing the opening riff of "Everlong."
Taylor Hawkins responds, "It's called 'Everlong,' and you wrote it about 20 years ago."
