This Family Built a Full-Sized Video Rental Store in Their Basement
Over the last year, plenty of people have turned to their creative projects to pass the time while we all do our best to isolate and help stop the spread of COVID. One family went all out with their home project, building an entire full-sized video rental store in an unused area of their basement.

The Iowa couple who go by "The Video Bunker" on TikTok have shared a bunch of new video tours to show off their new shop, which is decked out with an adult section, a snack bar and a working cash register as well as an array of DVDs, Blu-rays, video games, movie memorabilia, a viewing room and more.

"The start of COVID last year coincided with the closure of our family video, which gave my husband access to a lot of shelving and a crazy idea," they say in one of the clips.
