Black Mirror creator Charlie Brooker took on the pandemic earlier this year, and now he's set to make an entire mockumentary about the dumpster fire year that has been 2020.
The project is coming for Netflix, and among the actors starring it is Hugh Grant, who broke the news about the mockumentary in an interview with Vulture.
"Charlie Brooker has written a mockumentary about 2020. It's for Netflix," Grant revealed.
The actor added that he will be playing "a historian who's being interviewed about the year. I'm pretty repellent, actually! And you'll like my wig."
At this point, it's a bit unclear if the project will be film or a multi-part series, such as Brooker's Wipe and Cunk shows.
So far neither Netflix nor Brooker himself has commented on the project.
