We're getting one step closer to the return of The Mandalorian and its very memeable star Baby Yoda. Today it was confirmed that Season 2 will arrive on Disney+ in October.
Disney chief Bob Iger made the announcement today, confirming the hit Star Wars spinoff by Jon Favreau would be back in October. There's no firm date yet, though.
The news came alongside the announcement that Disney+ has roped in 28.6 million paying subscribers so far.
According to Iger, 65 percent of subscribers who watched The Mandalorian also watched at least 10 other things on the service, saying the move to create the series has definitely paid off.
In addition to the reveal about The Mandalorian Season 2, Iger said Marvel's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will premiere in August and WandaVision will debut in December.
