Last season, The Great British Bake Off gave us an amazing cake shaped like Tom DeLonge's head. Now, on its latest season, the consistently adorable baking competition has given us another musical confection: a caramel tart inspired by Canadian pop belter Céline Dion.

Please note that this article contains spoilers.

The most recent episode of the show's 12th season was "Caramel Week." For the Signature Bake round, Liverpool resident Lizzie Acker baked a caramel tart called "My Tart Will Go On" (inspired, obviously, by the Titanic smash "My Heart Will Go On"). After her cream topping melted, she told the judges, "Like the Titanic, it was a disaster."

But it wasn't all self-deprecating jokes: when host Matt Lucas asked Acker if she was a big Céline Dion fan, she simply replied, "Who isn't?"

Dion has been dealing with some health issues as of late. She recently pushed back the launch of her new Las Vegas show due to "severe and persistent muscle spasms."
