Matt Reeves's The Batman may not have Jonah Hill or Ben Affleck's involvement, but it will have just about everyone else. The hotly anticipated film has recently added to its cast the likes of Paul Dano, Zoe Kravitz and, of course, Robert Pattinson. Now, two more A-listers are thinking about setting up shop in Gotham.
According to Deadline, Colin Farrell is in talks to sign on as Penguin. That would mean he'd be taking a villain role alongside Dano's Riddler and Kravitz's Catwoman.
Further, Variety reports that Andy Serkis is in talks to play Bruce Wayne's butler Alfred Pennyworth.
Pre-production on the film will begin this summer, with an anticipated release date of June 25, 2021.
