Start Your Own 'Jurassic Park' with These Animatronic Dinosaurs for Sale in Langley, BC

Able Auctions is selling more than 50 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs

Assuming it's not delayed even further, we'll still have to wait until June 11, 2021, to watch dinosaurs destroy human beings in Jurassic World: Dominion. If you can't wait that long, however, you might be able to open your own dino park thanks to an auction house in Langley, BC.

Able Auctions is gearing up to host a sale of over 50 animatronic dinosaurs, along with "hundreds of fossils, animatronic equipment, lighting, speakers and more."

The pieces were at one point part of an international touring exhibition, but they'll now go on sale starting on August 6. Curious onlookers in the Langley area can take a look at the dinos on August 5, but Able Auctions is still requesting that people place their bids online due to COVID-19. It's unclear exactly how the auction house came to acquire the collection.

Further, if you do happen to buy yourself a life-sized T. Rex, you'll need to arrange for your own pick-up. Staff will not assist you with loading, and you will be charged a storage fee of $50 per item per day that you don't pick it up. Who knew that purchasing an animatronic dinosaur could be so stressful?
