COVID strikes again! This time, the pandemic has taken aim at the beloved Jackass film franchise, pushing its release date into next year. Jackass Forever is now due to arrive on February 2, 2022, or at least Johnny Knoxville makes it seem so.

The film's star and producer has now announced the movie's new release date — and he's done it the only way an elder hooligan such as himself knows how: through an act of vandalism.

As documented in a new Instagram video, Knoxville revealed the news by tagging an advertisement for the movie, shouting "February 4, 2022. See you there!" while teetering on the ledge of the billboard.

The film — which was due to arrive on October 22 — marks the first since the 2011 death of original cast member Ryan Dunn, and the first to not feature Bam Margera, who was fired from the production. Director Jeff Tremaine was granted a restraining order against Margera back in June.
