In an effort to make quarantine life more entertaining, John Krasinski has debuted an online news series titled Some Good News — a virtual show full of uplifting stories from around the world. As a bonus, it just so happens that his first episode has also coincided with the 15th anniversary of The Office.

To mark the occasion, Krasinski enlisted his fellow Office mate, Steve Carell, to join him on SGN for a virtual celebration of the show that changed the trajectory of their lives.

"I was a waiter when I got that job," Krasinski said. "I was 23 years old and I was a waiter, and after shooting the pilot I went back to waiting tables because I was sure nothing was going to happen with it. We all kind of came into it with that vibe."

The pair also cycled through some of the office's most beloved gags and their coinciding blooper reels, discussing the "Dinner Party" TV gag, "Fun Run" and more.

Carell added: "Some of my most fond memories — personally or professionally — are entwined with that show."

In addition to his interview with Carell, Krasinski also interviewed a young woman named Coco who was the subject of one of the episode's good news segments.
