Jennifer Hudson wants in on the Disney game.

The singer-songwriter and star of Leisl Tommy's Aretha Franklin biopic Respect is the latest celebrity to take part in WIRED's Autocomplete interview series, which "…Answers the Web's Most Searched Questions." One of the most-searched questions was "who is Jennifer Hudson playing in Hercules?" And as of now, the answer is nobody — but Hudson wants to change that.

"Y'all listen close. All my Dreamgirls cast members — this is a fun fact — have been in Disney films," she said. "Anika [Noni Rose], Beyoncé, Jamie [Foxx]…Eddie [Murphy] has done everything. Where's my Disney role?"

"I was Calliope, the head muse, on a Disney cruise ship, so that means I'm ready for my part," she continued.

She then sang a brief snippet from the 1997 film: "We are the muses, goddesses of the arts and proclaimers of heroes… Who put the 'glad' in gladiator, Herc-u-les!"

Hudson added: "That was me, Calliope. So I'm ready, just roll the camera. You ain't even got to send a script. I don't need the music. I'm ready to shoot. So I'll just wait for your call, thank you."

The question of Hudson's candidacy for the role comes after it was announced last year that Joe and Anthony Russo would be producing a live-action Hercules remake. There's been no official word on casting yet, but maybe now that Hudson is publicly manifesting her goals, we'll get to see her lead the flick.
