The lead-up to Jackass 4 is proving to be quite tumultuous, although most of the drama appears to be taking place far from set. We recently heard from Johnny Knoxville on the firing of Bam Margera from movie, and then caught word that director Jeff Tremaine had been forced to get a restraining order against Margera. Now, details of the restraining order have been revealed.

According to TMZ, Tremaine requested the order after Margera allegedly sent death threats to the director and his family.

Tremaine alleged that Margera has been harassing him since February after the performer refused to show up to a meeting that was intended to help him gain control of his struggles with sobriety and mental health.

According to screenshots, which were posted by TMZ, Margera allegedly told Tremaine and Knoxville to "pencil in there [sic] death certificate."

Further, he allegedly wrote, "Look at your children and grab your pocket book and write a check, if you are greedy, and cheap, look at your children again. If you don't sign the paper, look at you children. Sign your stupid f***ing contract before your (sic) not safe anywhere."

Though it's unclear if any of Bam's initial footage will be included, Jackass 4 is due in theatres on October 22.
