The long-running FX series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia has given us many cultural touchstones over the years, including the game Chardee MacDennis, the musical "The Nightman Cometh" and, of course, the invention of Kitten Mittens. Still, the show's contributions to the culinary world can not be understated.

Andrew Rea, a chef who hosts the YouTube cooking show Binging with Babish, has decided to celebrate the comedy with a special episode dedicated to the gang's disgusting foodstuffs.

In the nine-minute clip, available below, you'll learn to make everything from rum ham and milk steak to riot juice and fight milk. If you actually follow through with the recipes, you'll likely feel incredibly sick and drunk.

Learn to make the food from It's Always Sunny below. Thanks to NME for the tip.
