Canadians might be short one streaming service when Shomi shuts down later this month, but we've got a new option on the horizon. Just in time for the spookiest season of all, AMC Networks have launched their all-horror movie service Shudder in Canada.
Following the American launch of the service last year, Canadians can finally dig into a library of horror flicks that includes upwards of 200 titles. A vast majority of the films are not available on other streaming services.
To celebrate the service's Canadian launch, they've also curated a playlist of Canadian horror films, including Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil and Deathdream.
Shudder can be streamed via its website or on mobile devices. It also works with Apple TV, Chromecast and Roku.
You can start a free, one-week trial of the service here.
