As previously reported, Neil Young is set to soundtrack and star in Paradox, a new western that also marks the directorial debut of actor Daryl Hannah. Today, we get our first look at the film with a new trailer.
Based on what we've been given, Paradox looks like quite a surreal outing. The film blends visual styles, looking both modern and vintage, and no real narrative is clear. That said, people who like Neil Young acting like a cowboy will certainly find what they're looking for.

The film premieres at SXSW on March 15, then hits Netflix on March 23. The digital release of the soundtrack by Neil Young + Promise of the Real also arrives on March 23 via Reprise. The CD version is slated to arrive later on April 20, while the vinyl will be out April 13.
