Gina Carano Teams Up with Ben Shapiro for New Film Following Disney Firing

"They can't cancel us if we don't let them"

The Rolodex of anti-SJW crusaders are in full force today. Less than 24 hours after Disney+ announced it would be cutting Mandalorian actress Gina Carano loose because of her "abhorrent and unacceptable" anti-Semitic, transphobic, anti-mask social posts, System of a Down drummer and MAGA enthusiast John Dolmayan rushed to her defence. And now, Ben "facts-don't-care-about-your-feelings" Shapiro is caping for the ousted actress as well.

Newly minted best internet buds Shapiro and Carano have now announced that they'll celebrate their backwards political commonalities with a new film, courtesy of Shapiro's conservative news and opinion website The Daily Wire.

Deadline confirmed that the pair will collaborate on the film, with Carano helming the development, production and acting. According to reports, the so-far-untitled project "will release exclusively to [Daily Wire's] members as the company looks to bolster its entertainment division."

"This is what Daily Wire exists to do: provide an alternative not just for consumers, but for creators who refuse to bow to the mob," said Shapiro.

"The Daily Wire is helping make one of my dreams — to develop and produce my own film — come true," added Carano. "I cried out and my prayer was answered. I am sending out a direct message of hope to everyone living in fear of cancellation by the totalitarian mob. I have only just begun using my voice which is now freer than ever before, and I hope it inspires others to do the same. They can't cancel us if we don't let them."

Stay tuned as the shitshow unfolds.
