Like it or not, Jared Leto is coming back as the Joker for the "Snyder Cut" of Justice League, and now Zack Snyder himself has given us our first look at Leto's return.
Snyder shared our first images of Leto back as the Joker with Vanity Fair. As you'll see below, the Joker looks plenty evil as Leto poses in tattered doctor's scrubs.
"The Joker is really the only thing that I thought of in retrospect," Snyder told Vanity Fair. "But I will say that it was always my intention to bring Joker into that world."
The director added that Leto is also seen sporting a bulletproof vest covered in law enforcement badges. "He has tons of badges," Snyder said. "Those are his trophies."
