Devs creator Alex Garland has announced his next project, and it will find him working back alongside A24. The film is called Men, and it's set to star Jessie Buckley and Rory Kinnear.
Garland — who was also behind the likes of 28 Days Later, Ex Machina and Annihilation — will be directing Men, and he also penned the script for the film, Deadline reports. Garland last worked with A24 on his beloved Ex Machina, which came out back in 2014.
According to Deadline, the details of the project are still being ironed out, and Buckley — who recently offered stunning performances in the latest season of Fargo and the Netflix film I'm Thinking of Ending Things— has yet to finalize her involvement.
Men is said to follow a young woman who goes on a solo vacation to the English countryside after the death of her ex-husband.
While A24 offered up no comment, the company will finance and distribute the project. So far, there's no word on when the film could be released.
