Earlier this week, Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick was accused of raping actor Kristina Cohen. Now, he's been hit with a second accusation from a different woman.
In a Facebook post published by TMZ, a woman named Aurelie Wynn said that Westwick raped her. She said he "pushed me face down and [I] was powerless under his weight. I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock."
At the time, she was seeing now-disgraced Glee star Mark Salling. "I told the guy I was seeing that I got raped," she said. Her friends told her to stay silent about the matter, but she went to police yesterday (November 8).
Westwick has responded to the allegations with the following statement:
It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct. I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.
