Disney+ Commissioned an Immaculate Gingerbread 'Home Alone' House to Celebrate the Movie's 30th Anniversary

Food artist Michelle Wibowo spent 300 hours crafting the perfect edible house

The classic Christmas slapstick masterpiece Home Alone was released in 1990, meaning it turned 30 this year. To celebrate, Disney+ commissioned an immaculate gingerbread recreation of the McCallister family's titular home.

Food artist Michelle Wibowo spent 300 hours creating the in-depth design, which measures 4 feet by 6 feet and includes numerous details from the film.

There are 63 trees, 33 windows, 14 pizza boxes and numerous references to the Chris Columbus classic throughout the edible creation.
