The four-episode order — titled will Unidentified with Demi Lovato — will follow Lovato, her sister Dallas and her "skeptical" best friend Matthew as they investigate UFO sightings, unearth secret government reports about aliens, talk to "leading experts" in the field and visit "known UFO hot spots," according to Variety.

"SURPRISEEEEE!!!" Lovato wrote in a Twitter announcement today. "I'm hitting the road for an out-of-this-world adventure for my new show Unidentified & I'm taking you guys along for the ride."

Lovato will executive produce her new series alongside Scooter Braun's SB Projects production team — helmed by Braun, Scott Manson and Allison Kaye.

So far, the show's release schedule has not been announced.
