Adam Sandler Signs on to Make Four More Netflix Movies

Everyone's favourite adolescent grown man Adam Sandler made his first "good" movie by broader standards in years with the recent Uncut Gems, so it's time for him to get back to what he does next — churning out slop for Netflix that may or may not be bad "on purpose."

The Sandman — who is secretly one of the main reasons you all love Netflix so much — has signed on to blast out another four movies about, y'know, immature schlubby man-children who beat the odds to save their marriage with their wives (played by A-listers).

Sandler will make at least four more movies for Netflix. They include a new animated feature, which Sandler will write, produce and star in, as well as the movie Hubie Halloween, which will arrive later next year and star Sandler alongside Kevin James, Ray Liotta, Maya Rudolph and Shaq.

"Whether you know him as Sandman, the Water Boy, Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, Nick Spitz or simply Adam, one thing is clear: our members can't get enough of him," Netflix chief Ted Sarandos said in a statement. "They love his stories and his humour, as we saw with Murder Mystery. So I could not be more excited to extend our partnership with Adam and the Happy Madison team and deliver more laughs around the world."

Of course, this is all great news because Adam Sandler rules. Congrats Adam!
