A Charles Bronson Impersonator Made a Fake Charles Bronson Movie and It Looks Bizarre

BY Josiah HughesPublished Sep 17, 2018

Charles Bronson died way back in 2003, but his legacy has lived on in the form of his endlessly rewatchable body of work. As if that weren't somehow enough, however, a Charles Bronson impersonator has added his own touch with a new Charles Bronson movie.

It basically looks like a deepfake, but Death Kiss actually stars Charles Bronson impersonator Robert Kovacs as a revenge-seeking action hero. In the trailer, we see that Kovacs has mastered the art of Bronson's steely stare and gun-cocking badassery, while his Australian accent has been replaced with a Bronson-like overdub. It's surprisingly satisfying. Too bad about everyone else's acting chops.

Watch the trailer for Deep Kiss below. The film will arrive next month.
