Joe Rogan Says "Canada Is Communist," Admits He Has "Zero Understanding" of the Political System

"I don't know how their system works up there"

Podcaster and alleged comedian Joe Rogan has long been the doofus's idea of a smart guy, and it's from that position of confident ignorance that he has made his latest bold claim: that Canada is a communist country, and also that he has "zero understanding" of the Canadian political system.

Speaking with Tom Segura last week on last week's Joe Rogan Experience podcast (on July 14), Rogan lashed out against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, saying, "Canada is communist," and, "They're fucked — they gotta get rid of that guy."

A few seconds after that, Rogan went on to say, "I don't know how their system works up there. I have zero understanding of their system. I never looked into it at all." Huh, and here we thought Rogan was a political expert who only made well-researched claims! He said that Trudeau is a "fucking dictator," specifically over the PM's criticisms of trucker convoys in Ottawa, and called Trudeau "gross" and a "sketchy guy." (Okay fine, he is a bit sketchy, but probably not in the way Rogan means.)

Rogan complained that Canada still requires Americans to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the country, saying, "It's 2022. It's not 2019." He didn't mention it, but America also requires Canadians to be vaccinated before entering the US.

If you can stomach it, Rogan's comments can be seen below.

Rogan has clashed with Canada a few times during the pandemic. He cancelled a Vancouver performance scheduled for this past spring due to vaccine requirements, and said, "I don't even think I can get into the country. I'm not vaccinated. I'm not gonna get vaccinated." And of course, he had a prominent feud with Neil Young, who took his music off of Spotify due to the platform's support of Rogan and his spreading of COVID-19 misinformation.
