While other rappers have started using their social media accounts to post spam about weird diet tricks and photo fails, Meek Mill has taken a different approach to viral stardom — telling it like it is. Last night, he set Twitter on fire when he started dropping industry allegations, including a rumour that Drake hires ghostwriters for his raps. Now, he's found an unlikely beef partner in Toronto councillor Norm Kelly.
As previously reported, the 73-year-old Scarborough—Agincourt city councillor woke up at the crack of dawn just so that he could tell Meek Mill to fuck off.
Presumably, Meek had a pretty busy day online so it took him quite a few hours to respond. When he did, however, he had some similarly harsh words for the councillor.
We'll see if Norm Kelly has his way later this month — Meek Mill is set to perform in Toronto as part of Nicki Minaj's Pinkprint Tour alongside Dej Loaf and Tinashe. There's a chance Meek will have trouble getting into Canada due to his prior criminal changes. Or perhaps Kelly will stand at the border, loudly declaring, "You shall not pass!"

You're no longer welcome in Toronto, @MeekMill.
