Zeus Return with First New Music in Nearly a Decade

"Air I Walk" is the first single from 'CREDO'

It's been a long time since the world has heard from Toronto's retro rock four-piece Zeus, who haven't released an album since 2014's Classic Zeus. That's finally changing: CREDO will be out September 8 through Arts & Crafts, and the single "Air I Walk" is out today.

"Air I Walk" has appeared in the band's past live sets, which is why they chose it as a single. The band's Mike O'Brien said in a statement, "It serves as a link from where we've been to where we're headed. We lost our former studio and were without a creative hub for part of that time, and now that we've found a home in a new thriving recording studio called Pineship Sound, run by our very own Carlin Nicholson, we're feeling rejuvenated and inspired to create more Zeus music and more importantly to share it."

Watch a video for "Air I Walk," directed by 1TruR, below. The self-produced track has an atmospheric roots rock groove, with a rustic twang augmented by some electronic textures. CREDO's tracklist is below the video.
