Way back in 2004, Zach Braff introduced music from the Shins to a much larger audience thanks to a scene in his aggressively quirky romantic comedy Garden State. A full decade later, he's announced a follow-up film with an equally indie-centric soundtrack.

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Braff revealed that the film's soundtrack will feature original music from Bon Iver and the Shins.

Notably, it'll also feature a brand new song written by Coldplay's Chris Martin and performed by Cat Power. "It wasn't ready yet for [Sundance]. It's the title song of the movie. It's one of the most amazing songs ever," Braff said.

The movie is called Wish I Was Here, and stars Josh Gad, Kate Hudson, Jim Parsons and Ashley Greene. The film was funded via Kickstarter, and will receive a wide release on July 25.
