Back in 2016, Young Thug was rumoured to have reworked Elton John's 1972 classic "Rocket Man" after the two were introduced by Lyor Cohen. Now, Thugger's reinterpretation has found its way online.
The track opens with Thug crooning alongside Sir Elton's vocal track on the airy beat before laying down some melodic bars of his own. At one point, he raps, "If you say you got wings and some fish, then you probably fried" before ad-libbing, "that's deep."
