Published Feb 24, 2017Young Thug's recent video for "Wyclef Jean" was a bizarre and hilariously watchable post-modern piece exploring the limits of what you can make when a star doesn't show up to the set of his own music video. Thankfully, for his latest visual offering, the rapper turned up ready to appear on camera.
The results are a new clip for "Safe" that feature the rapper bouncing up and down a stark hallway and counting wads of cash in an elevator. It was directed by Garfield Larmond.
The track itself, meanwhile, was produced by the rapper's frequent collaborator Wheezy and marks Thug's first new musical offering since last year's Jeffery.
