Vancouver synth-pop crew Young Liars recently popped up in our lives via the Night Window EP, which sees its release today (April 29) via Nettwerk Records. The momentum continues, as the band have now announced their debut new full-length album.

The release is called Tidal Wave and follows the group's 2012 EP Homesick Future. Like that release, the new album was once again produced by Digory Smallz.

In a press release, frontman Jordan Raine explained the album's title, saying, "Tidal Wave is about passion... how it defines you and how it can destroy you and how sometimes it is so worthwhile you can't help but stick to it, no matter what it means."

Nettwerk will issue Tidal Wave on June 24. Album tracks "Night Window" and "Young Again" can be streamed below.
