Young Guv Hits the Home Studio in His "Try Not to Hang on So Hard" Video

After sharing the song in announcing new album GUV II earlier this month, Young Guv has now given "Try Not to Hang on So Hard" the video treatment.

Shot by Tristan C-M and Kevin Fitz-Henry, the clip finds Ben Cook and his bandmates up to some home recording, juxtaposed with shots of a stroll through the city.

You can watch the clip below.

As Cook previously revealed, "Try Not to Hang on So Hard" was written "on a bit of acid." He recalled, "I was house-sitting for my mom and looking at all the photos and all the very British trinkets she keeps around and on her walls that make her happy. It had a pretty profound emotional effect on me, probably due to the LSD, so I wrote a song about how it's ok to feel a little lost or lonely and to keep things around you that make you feel comforted."

Young Guv has just announced a series of U.S. tour dates in support of Vivian Girls. You can also find those below.
