YG May Face Legal Action After Edmonton Show Ends in Riot

Last week, Compton rapper YG took his critically acclaimed My Krazy Life LP on a tour through Western Canada. An Edmonton show didn't exactly go so well, however, and promoters are now considering a lawsuit against the artist.

As TMZ reports, YG was scheduled to perform at Edmonton's Encore Club last Friday (August 1). Apparently, the rapper lost his voice after only two songs, and a representative from the club told TMZ that YG tried to hide his lack of a voice by asking the DJ to turn up the background music. When that didn't work, he allegedly threw bottles into the crowd, jumped off stage and punched a fan in the face.

From there, the club reportedly turned to pure pandemonium as fights broke out between concert-goers and security guards.

A promoter from Encore says that the club is now in danger of losing its licence, and is strongly considering legal action against YG.
