If you were keeping your hands clasped in anticipation for Brooklyn-bred Yeasayer to announce a tour behind their forthcoming Amen & Goodbye album, your prayers have just been answered. The band's global tour in support of the LP kicks off later this spring.
While Yeasayer have a show coming up in New York this month, as part of a round of House of Vans events, the tour proper begins mid-May. Following a handful of U.S. concert appearances, the act pop into Canada for a stop at Vancouver's Imperial on May 28. This is currently the only up-north appearance on the books, as the band drop back into the U.S. for a few shows before heading over to Europe.

On top of the tour announcement, the band have premiered the new album track "Silly Me," and you can stream the wiggly piece of electronics-assisted pop down below. The song has been preceded by streams of "Prophecy Gun" and "I Am Chemistry."
As for Amen & Goodbye, the album arrives April 1 via Mute.
