Having just released their sophomore effort Coexist, brooding Brits the XX are now letting their work get remixed. The group recently took to BBC Radio and unveiled a new redo from countryman Four Tet.
As could be expected, the new version of "Angels" is packed with details, as background glitches make for a gentle yet busy beat. All the while, gentle synths create a soft musical palette. The track develops as it goes on, but never crescendoes.
