It goes without saying that Justin Bieber has legions of fans who follow his every move, but one dude named Toby Sheldon has really gone above and beyond in terms of proving his status as a true Belieber. The Los Angeles resident apparently spent more than $100,000 over the past five years on plastic surgery with the goal of looking like the Biebs.
Sheldon is 33, and he told the UK's Daily Mail, "Once Justin shot to fame his face was everywhere and I all I kept thinking when I saw his picture was, 'I want to look like him.'"
This lengthy, extremely expensive process involved multiple hair transplants, eyelid lifts, Botox and Aquamid injections, liposuction, a three-part operation to change his smile, and more. "Between our similar hairstyles, baby faced smile and overall youthful appearance I finally look like Justin Bieber and I couldn't be happier about it," Sheldon said. Then again, he mentioned some further surgeries that might help him continue his attempted transformation.
Perhaps the strangest part, however, is that Sheldon admitted that he doesn't particularly care for Bieber's music or even his celebrity status. Rather, "His face was just so flawless every change I made was modelled after him."
But hey, apparently it's working out for him — Sheldon told Closer that his friends call him "Toby Bieber," so… mission accomplished?
