A Foo Fighters concert at Chicago's Wrigley Field ended in horror for one attendee, who reports she was followed into a portable bathroom and sexually assaulted.

As the Chicago Tribune reports, the assault happened around 9:30 p.m. local time on Sunday night (July 29) when a 23-year-old woman was waiting in line for food. She reported that a man groped her. He then allegedly followed her into a porta-potty and assaulted her.

After the man reportedly grabbed her neck and hit her head against the wall in the porta-potty, the woman was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The suspect, who was not apprehended, was described as a white male between the ages of 40 and 50, approximately 5-foot-9 with brown, thinning hair and possibly a receding hairline.

"We are using every available resource to help authorities identify and apprehend the suspect and are working with CPD to address the matter quickly," Chicago Cubs spokesman Julian Green said in a statement. "We are encouraging anyone who may have information to please contact police."

Green continued, "We are increasing security staff in the portable restroom area so we have a fixed visual presence to monitor guests going in and out of the restrooms. Guest safety is paramount at Wrigley Field and we take every opportunity to ensure our guests' safety, including routinely reviewing our security protocols and procedures with police."

Foo Fighters are set to perform at Wrigley Field again tonight.
