Wolf Parade Re-Name Album, Announce Tour Dates
Wolf Parade have revealed the official title of their upcoming album, and it’s neither Kissing the Beehive nor To Be Determined. At Mount Zoomer will be the name of the Montreal group’s sophomore effort, which is due out on Sub Pop June 17.

The band was forced to axe the previous title of Kissing the Beehive due to the fact it’s also the name of a 1997 novel by fantasy author Jonathan Carroll. In an interview with Billboard, Wolf Parader and Sunset Rubdown front-man Spencer Krug recently said, "We didn't know that was the title of a book. We might have to change it, but we might not. And we'll have to make it clear that it's not [named] after his book. It's a complicated situation."

So apparently the "complicated situation” has been resolved by switching to the At Mount Zoomer title, which refers to the name of drummer Arlen Thompson’s Montreal studio. The track "Kissing the Beehive” remains on the album, however.

Here is the At Mount Zoomer tracklisting:

1 Soldier's Grin
2 Call It a Ritual
3 Language City
4 Bang Your Drum
5 California Dreamer
6 The Grey Estates
7 Fine Young Cannibals
8 An Animal in Your Care
9 Kissing the Beehive
