Far removed from their iconic break-up letter, Toronto metal outfit Witchrot have just released their sophomore effort. Live in the Hammer is out now via Fuzzed and Buzzed.
Recorded live at Boxcar Sound in Hamilton, ON, the three-sided record spans six lengthy tracks. The band enlisted special guests Daniel DeKay of Exciter on guitar and Völur's Laura C. Bates on vocals and violin, adding to the record's ethereal, doom-filled sound.
To celebrate the release of the album, Witchrot will play the Baby G in Toronto on December 17 with Tumble, Slug and Occult Witches acting as support.
