Wire's Bruce Gilbert Reissues Solo Albums on Editions Mego
In 1984, founding Wire member Bruce Gilbert launched his solo career with This Way, eventually following it up with The Shivering Man in 1987. Originally released on Mute, the albums are getting the reissue treatment courtesy of Editions Mego.

The hypnotic and rhythmic This Way was already reissued on CD via Mego in 2009. It came with some remastering from Russell Haswell, who will do the same for the upcoming CD reissue of The Shivering Man. Both albums are also being compiled on a double-vinyl re-release called This Way with The Shivering Man.

The vinyl release of This Way with The Shivering Man and The Shivering Man CD reissue will both be available on May 9. A pre-order is available for the vinyl set here while the CD can be found here.
